We are seeking a Sr. Technician in our Broomfield, CO location.
All applicants for placement in safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare laboratory and production environments to ensure operational readiness
- Verify availability of materials, tools, documentation, and equipment prior to activities
- Support setup and changeover of lab and production processes
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant workspaces following 5S principles
- Adhere to and promote all safety protocols and procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Execute defined manufacturing and lab workflows in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Assist in process development, validation, and optimization activities
- Support gathering technical facility requirements to meet operational, environmental, and compliance needs
- Monitor and maintain lab infrastructure, utilities, and consumables
- Support maintenance and calibration schedules for workspaces to ensure accuracy and reliability of instruments
- Coordinate with internal teams or vendors for repairs and servicing
- Support production timelines to ensure on-time product delivery
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED required
- Minimum 4+ years of experience
- Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person. defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status
WE VALUE:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in technical field preferred
- Experience in laboratory or manufacturing environments preferred
- Familiarity with 5S, safety standards, and SOP-driven workflows
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Compensation & Benefits:
The pay range for this role is $66,000 – $88,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate's skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
