We are looking for an experienced Senior Revenue Operations Manager to lead and scale the operating engine behind our growing global commercial organisation. You will lead an existing team covering commercial data, reporting, systems and process implementation, while taking ownership of pipeline, forecasting, sales process and the commercial technology roadmap. You will define the longer-term direction and priorities for Revenue Operations, ensuring the function has the operating model, capabilities, systems and governance required to support global commercial growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines commercial judgement with strong data, process and technology expertise.

Revenue Operations

  • Define the direction for and continuously mature pipeline management, forecasting and sales governance across the global commercial organisation.

  • Partner with Sales leadership to improve pipeline quality, conversion, velocity and forecast accuracy to improve commercial performance.

  • Define and own sales processes and operationalise territories, quotas and sales incentive plans.

  • Act as a senior advisor to Commercial leadership on pipeline health, sales capacity, operational effectiveness, systems priorities and organisational readiness.

Commercial Systems & Data

  • Optimise CRM workflows, data governance and commercial reporting by establishing functional standards, controls and priorities that improve data quality, usability and commercial decision-making.

  • Build and execute a 2-3 year integrated commercial technology roadmap across CRM, CLM, Finance, Technical, Capacity Planning and other core platforms.

  • Drive adoption of priority commercial systems and ensure effective cross-functional data flows.

  • Provide accurate, timely RevOps data inputs for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, establishing clear ownership, controls and quality standards across the Revenue Operations team.

Performance & Insight

  • Develop funnel, conversion, velocity and seller productivity analytics.

  • Turn operational data into clear actions and recommendations for Sales and Commercial leadership.

  • Deliver measurable technology and process improvements that increase commercial productivity.

  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives that improve commercial planning, sales execution, data quality, forecasting and organisational scalability.

  • Provide Revenue Operations input into annual and longer-term commercial planning, including capacity, resource, technology and implementation requirements.

People Leadership

  • Lead and develop the RevOps team, with clear ownership across data/reporting and systems/implementation.

  • Assess the capacity, capability and organisational design required to deliver current and future Revenue Operations priorities.

Must Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Commercial Operations.

  • Experience supporting complex B2B enterprise sales and long or sophisticated sales cycles.

  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting and sales performance expertise.

  • Experience partnering directly with senior Sales leaders and constructively challenging forecasts and pipeline assumptions.

  • Strong CRM knowledge, ideally Salesforce, with experience across commercial systems and integrations.

  • Experience with territories, quotas and sales compensation processes.

  • Strong analytical, commercial problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Demonstrated people leadership ability to lead and develop a small specialist team.

  • Experience developing and implementing a Revenue Operations strategy, operating model, functional roadmap or comparable long-term improvement plan.

  • Experience leading Revenue Operations within a global, rapidly scaling or organisationally complex commercial environment.

  • Experience supporting deep technology, enterprise software or another complex B2B commercial model.

  • Experience leading major Salesforce or commercial technology implementations, integrations or transformation initiatives.
